Root Cause: A damaged fiber cable in Jenkins, MO impacted client services.
Fix Action: The affected cable was repaired, thus returning services to a stable state.

Lumen NOC has identified a fiber cut. They are currently shooting the fiber to locate the exact fault location to begin repairs. Efforts will continue overnight until it is resolved.
